Cody spent years in exterior residential sales watching homeowners spend $30,000–$50,000 on window replacement when a reseal was the only thing they actually needed. He started WeSeal to give people what they need and nothing more. He leads the customer side of the business.
Drew ran operations at a painting company, then moved into finance. Two weeks after WeSeal's first jobs, once the proof was real, he quit and came on full-time. He leads operations: the crews, the scheduling, and the quality bar on every project.
