Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WeSeal website and your requests for inspections, estimates, and exterior window resealing services from WeSeal Solutions LLC.

Agreement to These Terms

By visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting an inspection or estimate, communicating with us, or hiring WeSeal Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you enter into a signed estimate, invoice, work order, warranty document, or other written agreement with WeSeal, that written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

What WeSeal Does

WeSeal provides exterior window perimeter resealing, visual inspections, estimates, and related home-service communications in the Austin, Texas area. Our work is intended to help maintain the seal between a window frame and surrounding masonry or exterior materials. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, our services do not include window replacement, structural engineering, roofing, framing, mold remediation, pest control, waterproofing design, insurance adjusting, or emergency water mitigation.

No Emergency or Professional Advice

Website content, inspection comments, and estimates are general home-service information, not engineering, architectural, environmental, legal, insurance, or emergency advice. If you have active water intrusion, suspected mold, electrical hazards, structural concerns, broken glass, unsafe access, or another urgent condition, contact the appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.

Eligibility and Authority

You may request service only if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to request inspection or work at the property. If you are a tenant, property manager, buyer, seller, agent, HOA representative, or other non-owner, you are responsible for obtaining all permissions required before WeSeal visits or performs work.

Inspections, Estimates, and Scheduling

  • Free inspections and estimates are no-obligation unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  • Estimates are based on visible conditions, information you provide, access available at the time of inspection, and assumptions that may change when work begins.
  • We may revise or withdraw an estimate if hidden conditions, unsafe access, inaccurate information, weather, material availability, scope changes, or other circumstances affect the work.
  • Scheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed by WeSeal. Weather, safety, crew availability, material availability, and property access may require rescheduling.
  • A quote, website statement, text, email, or verbal comment does not create a binding obligation for WeSeal to perform work unless WeSeal accepts the job in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, property, access, and project information.
  • Disclose known leaks, prior repairs, active water intrusion, suspected mold, pest activity, damaged windows, unsafe surfaces, electrical hazards, alarm systems, pets, locked gates, HOA restrictions, and other conditions that may affect the work.
  • Provide safe exterior access to the work areas, including gates, yards, driveways, balconies, and windows, and remove obstacles that could interfere with work.
  • Secure pets, minors, valuables, vehicles, fragile items, and personal property near work areas.
  • Obtain any HOA, landlord, neighbor, permit, utility, or third-party approval required for the property.
  • Review completed work promptly and raise concerns before payment or as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

Payment

WeSeal markets no-deposit service and payment when you are satisfied. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment is due when the agreed work is complete and you have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it. You agree to pay all approved charges, taxes, and fees shown in the applicable written estimate, invoice, or work order. We may pause or decline additional work if an invoice is unpaid or if payment information is inaccurate or unauthorized.

Work Conditions and Limits

Exterior sealant work depends on weather, substrate condition, prior workmanship, movement of the home, drainage, flashing, window condition, masonry condition, maintenance, product compatibility, and other factors outside WeSeal's control. We may decline, pause, or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, outside the agreed scope, or likely to produce an unsatisfactory result.

Website Claims and Warranties

Website statements about savings, typical job timing, seal lifespan, window replacement costs, energy loss, water intrusion, insects, mold, rot, or other outcomes are general estimates based on typical experience and are not guarantees. Actual results vary by property and conditions. Any workmanship warranty, product warranty, callback policy, or satisfaction promise applies only if stated in a written agreement from WeSeal, and only according to that written agreement.

Communications Consent

By submitting a form or giving us your contact information, you authorize WeSeal to contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, inspection, estimate, project, invoice, and related services. You agree not to submit another person's contact information without permission. We do not use the inspection form to enroll you in recurring automated marketing texts. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time, though we may still send non-marketing service, transactional, legal, or account-related messages.

Photos, Reviews, and Feedback

You grant WeSeal permission to use feedback, reviews, comments, and before-and-after project materials you provide or approve for service documentation, quality control, internal training, and marketing, unless a written agreement with WeSeal says otherwise. We try to avoid publishing precise addresses or identifying property details without appropriate permission. Do not provide content unless you have the right to share it.

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or spam content.
  • Interfere with website security, availability, forms, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, probe, overload, or misuse the website or its code.
  • Use WeSeal names, logos, photos, copy, or other materials without written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to request service at a property.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, photos, graphics, layout, design, and other materials are owned by WeSeal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or exploit them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including phone, email, hosting, storage, mapping, review, social media, and communications providers. WeSeal is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, policies, acts, omissions, or security practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." WeSeal disclaims all implied warranties related to the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in a written agreement signed or issued by WeSeal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeSeal Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages; loss of use; loss of data; loss of business; diminution in property value; or damages arising from conditions outside the agreed scope of work. For website-only claims, our total liability is limited to $100. For service-related claims, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid WeSeal for the specific service giving rise to the claim. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory, unless applicable law does not allow the limitation.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeSeal Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you provide, lack of authority to request work, unsafe or undisclosed property conditions, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of someone else's rights.

Disputes and Governing Law

Texas law governs these Terms and any dispute with WeSeal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give both sides at least 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any lawsuit that is not resolved informally must be filed in the state or federal courts serving Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires a different forum. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect. Updated Terms apply to website use and service requests after they are posted. Existing written work orders remain governed by their own terms unless both sides agree otherwise.
