Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WeSeal Solutions LLC collects and uses information when you visit the website, request a free inspection, communicate with us, or hire us for Austin-area window resealing services.

Who We Are

WeSeal Solutions LLC provides exterior window resealing, inspections, estimates, and related home-service communications in the Austin, Texas area. In this Policy, "WeSeal," "we," "us," and "our" refer to WeSeal Solutions LLC. "You" means a website visitor, prospective customer, customer, or other person who communicates with us.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to requests, evaluate potential work, provide services, and operate the website.

  • Inspection and contact details: name, phone number, email address, home address, preferred timeframe, notes, and similar details you submit through a website form, by phone, by text, by email, or in person.
  • Project and property information: window conditions, visible sealant issues, access needs, before-and-after project photos, service notes, quote details, invoices, and customer feedback.
  • Communications: messages, call notes, scheduling details, consent records, opt-out requests, and records needed to respond to your inquiry or document a service relationship.
  • Website and device information: page URL, referrer, approximate device and browser information, IP address, server logs, Google Analytics events, and basic information used to understand site usage and protect the site from spam and abuse.
  • Spam-prevention information: hidden form fields and technical signals that help us identify automated submissions.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, gate codes, alarm codes, medical information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful business reason.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inspection requests, calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Schedule visits, prepare estimates, perform work, coordinate crews, and provide customer support.
  • Call, text, or email you about your request, scheduled inspection, estimate, project, invoice, or related services.
  • Maintain business records, service history, quality-control notes, and dispute documentation.
  • Improve the website, understand which pages lead to requests, and prevent spam, fraud, unauthorized activity, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, and cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, or public authorities.

Calls, Texts, and Email

When you provide your phone number or email address, you authorize WeSeal to contact you about your request, inspection, estimate, project, and related services. We do not use the inspection form to enroll you in recurring automated marketing texts. If we send you a marketing email, you may opt out using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. If we text you and you no longer want texts, tell us to stop and we will honor the request as required by law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in these limited ways:

  • Within WeSeal: with owners, employees, contractors, crews, and representatives who need it to respond to you or perform services.
  • Service providers: with website hosting, infrastructure, communications, lead notification, analytics, email, storage, security, scheduling, accounting, payment, or similar providers that help us run the business.
  • Lead notifications: website form submissions may be sent through a server-side Discord webhook so the WeSeal team can respond quickly.
  • Professional and legal support: with insurers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, or other advisors when reasonably needed.
  • Legal, safety, and business transfers: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or as part of a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business.

Cookies and Site Technology

The website may use basic browser storage, server logs, Google Analytics, spam-prevention tools, external fonts, externally hosted images, and infrastructure services that automatically process limited technical information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive page URL, referrer, approximate device and browser information, IP-derived location, and site interaction data to help us understand site traffic and improve the website. We do not currently describe the site as using targeted advertising cookies or selling cookie-derived data.

Project Photos and Reviews

We may take photos or notes to evaluate conditions, document completed work, train crews, resolve issues, or maintain business records. We may also ask to use project photos, reviews, or testimonials in marketing. We try to avoid publishing precise addresses or identifying details unless we have appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications or to limit unnecessary use of your information. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information when needed for service records, invoices, dispute prevention, fraud prevention, security, taxes, insurance, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.

To the extent a state privacy law applies, you may also have rights to confirm processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, opt out of certain processing, and appeal a denied request. We do not knowingly sell personal data, process personal data for targeted advertising, or profile people in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to leads, performing services, documenting project history, handling warranties or disputes, maintaining business and tax records, protecting the site, and complying with law. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it.
